Because the underlying payment vault (Stripe) doesn't change, the risk of "losing" a credit card is near zero. The card stays safe in the vault the whole time.

The ReordeRe 4-Step Migration Protocol

We don’t believe in automated, "hope for the best" migrations. We treat every store as a surgical procedure.

Step 1: The "Sandbox" Import

We take an export from your current specific app. We import it into a "Sandbox" version of ReordeRe linked to your store.

What we check:

  • Do the Product IDs match? (e.g., if you changed product handles).
  • Are the Shipping Addresses formatted correctly?
  • Are the "Next Billing Dates" preserved?

Step 2: The Customer Audit

We give you a login. You can browse your subscribers in ReordeRe. You spot check random customers.

"Okay, look at Mary. Her next charge is Dec 15th. Does ReordeRe say Dec 15th? Yes. Does she have a 10% discount? Yes."

We don't move to Step 3 until you sign off on the data integrity.

Step 3: The "Silent" Go-Live

This is the magic part. We activate ReordeRe, but we don't turn on the widget yet.

  1. We cancel the contracts in your OLD app (so they don't get charged).
  2. We activate the contracts in ReordeRe simultaneously.

To the customer, nothing happened. They didn't get an email. They don't need to re-enter their card. They just get their box next month as usual.

Step 4: Widget Swap

Finally, we swap the "Subscribe & Save" widget on your product pages. New customers now flow directly into ReordeRe. The migration is complete.
