ReordeRe provides subscription management and recurring billing solutions for Shopify merchants. Our Services allow you to create, manage, and automate subscription plans for your products.

Merchant Responsibility: As a Merchant using ReordeRe, you are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws regarding subscriptions, automatic renewals, and recurring billing in your jurisdiction and your customers' jurisdictions.
• Clearly communicating subscription terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies to your end customers.
• Ensuring that the data you collect through the Services is handled in accordance with your own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software (including the ReordeRe app), and website designs (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

ReordeRe and its associated logos are trademarks of Techspawn Solutions Private Limited.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are an authorized representative of a business entity if using the Services on behalf of a company; (3) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (4) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

ReordeRe offers various subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Plus, Pro, Business, Premium, Ultimate). Each tier has specific features and revenue caps. We reserve the right to modify the features, prices, and revenue caps of these plans at any time.

Shopify Billing: For Merchants using the ReordeRe app via Shopify, all subscription fees are processed and collected through the Shopify Billing API. Your payment terms with us are subject to Shopify's App Store terms and your agreement with Shopify.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment through Shopify.

You agree not to: (1) bypass, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services; (2) use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers; (3) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; or (4) use the Services to distribute viruses or any other harmful code.

The Services interact heavily with Shopify. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Shopify's platform, APIs, or services. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own Terms of Service.

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://reordere.app/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your use of ReordeRe at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify store. Any outstanding fees owed to Shopify for the use of the app will remain due in accordance with Shopify's billing cycle.

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Techspawn Solutions Private Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration.

The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Pune, India. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be the substantive law of India.
